*Terms & Conditions: Referrals must be submitted through our "Referral Program" form so we can track the necessary information associated with this referral payout. Any individuals are welcome to participate in this program at any time. If your referral is already in our database, we will still honor the referral payout if the latest communication from our team is dated six (6) months or longer.
For direct-hire referrals, payout will be made on our about ninety (90) days from the start date of the referred candidate. For contract, contract-to-hire referrals, payout will be made on our about one hundred twenty (120) days from the start date of the referred candidate. Referrals will expire six (6) months from the date of the referral form submission. This program is only available for US and CA. While we will honor our word, we do reserves the right to change or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time.
