Eligibility: The “Let's Get Ready to Celebrate Temporary and Contract Workers” (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is not intended for business-to-business participants and only open to individuals or consumers. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Nimble Technology Partners, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, August 14, 2024 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on Thursday, September 12, at 8:00 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received by Wednesday, September 4, at 8:00 PM EST (the "Entry Period") to be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, visit here, and complete any and all means of entry by providing all required information. Limit one per entry only apply for “How to Enter” submissions criteria one (1), “Follow us on LI”. No limitations apply for two (2) “Tag a worker” and three (3) “Share our post”. Any attempt to enter more than the allowed number of entries based on means of submission will result in disqualification.
Prize(s): Five (5) prizes consists of one hundred USD in Amazon gift cards. ($100 USD). Each prize will be given once a day during the week of Monday, September 9, 2024 - Friday, September 13, 2024. This prize is non-transferable and no substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, September 9, 2024 by Nimble Technology Partners, Inc. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners can only win one out of the five prizes.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified via email or social media within 5 business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days after the first attempt, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the Official Rules or interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. In addition, by entering this sweepstakes, Nimble Technology Partner, Inc. reserves the right to use your information to share on social media sites when aligned to both parties.

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
